Terms and Conditions
By creating an account with Biblioserver (http://www.biblioserver.com)
you ("USER") enter into a contract with Tarkvarastuudio OÜ ("SERVICE PROVIDER").
on the following conditions:
Usage rights
Throughout the term of subscription SERVICE PROVIDER grants the USER the
non-transferrable right to access Biblioserver service
in order to search and to view, retrieve, update
and display bibliographic databases.

Warranties
By entering into this agreement USER consents to and warrants the following:
» that USER have obtained the consent of any individual whose personal data
is to be held on the Biblioserver.
» that by using Biblioserver USER will not knowingly infringe the intellectual
property rights of a third party
» USER must inform SERVICE PROVIDER promptly of any change in USER's registered
details. It will be USER's responsibility to maintain and update any submitted
details and to ensure that details are up to date, and accurate.
Termination/Cancellation, Suspension and Amendment of service
USER may cancel service by notice to SERVICE PROVIDER at any time.
SERVICE PROVIDER may cancel or suspend the service in the event of the following:
» if USER's free trial period for service has ended without reaching an extension agreement
» if USER have failed to pay subscription fees
» if USER have breached the Terms and Conditions agreement
» if USER's databases contains material that is prohibited by the laws of Republic
of Estonia
Changes to Terms and Conditions
SERVICE PROVIDER may change, add or remove portions of this Terms and Conditions,
at any time, but if it does so, it will post such changes on Biblioserver website.
The USER should check this link each time the USER access the Website.
The USERs continued use of Biblioserver shall be deemed the USERs consent to such
changed Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms and Conditons will be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Estonia, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your
actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent
jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable,
the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with
respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous
understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver
of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and
signed by Service Provider.
PRIVACY POLICY
SERVICE PROVIDER will make copies of uploaded databases only for backup purposes.
SERVICE PROVIDER will make USER databases available only through Biblioserver service.
SERVICE PROVIDER will not share email addresses with anyone outside Biblioserver nor disclose
USER information to any third party, except to Biblioserver service resellers. Biblioserver may use the personal
data the USER provides online to send the USER information about offers that SERVICE PROVIDER feels
may be of interest to the USER. SERVICE PROVIDER may provide aggregated, anonymous statistical
data about use of the Biblioserver service to other persons.
USER may write to SERVICE PROVIDER to request a copy of the personal data held by SERVICE PROVIDER
about USER.
Security procedures mean that SERVICE PROVIDER may occasionally request proof of USERS identity before
disclose of personal information. Other than the uses identified above,
SERVICE PROVIDER will not disclose personal information to others.
